CHRIS LENTO
Chris Lento is the managing member of EM Capital LLC and has over 18 years of experience in multifamily real estate investing. Chris is focused on acquiring commercial multifamily apartment complexes in markets across the country that exhibit positive growth trends. He is passionate about the role that well managed, well maintained economic housing can play in helping to alleviate the current housing crises for middle and low income families. Chris is active in many philanthropic organizations in the Greater Boston Area. Chris serves on the Board of Advocates for Bay Cove Human Services.

RYAN MURRAY
Ryan is responsible for the operations at EM Capital bringing a skill set focused on financial analysis, investing, operations, and strategy to the team. Prior to EM Capital, Ryan held roles at two investment banking firms helping companies in their merger, acquisition, and capital raising activities. His responsibilities at EM Capital span managing the existing portfolio, sourcing and analyzing new investment opportunities, investor relations, and firm operations. Ryan received his master's degree in finance from Northeastern University and his bachelor's degree in accountancy from Stonehill College, where he was a pitcher on their men's baseball team.
